Can anyone post Delia's recipe for apple and sultana muffins?

Well, it's not inthe complete cookery course one either, I suspect it's not in the "chocolate" one or "puddings"....

And my Susan Reimer muffin book has gone AWOL

Well, the friend who made them insisted they were not the blueberry and pecan ones from the Summer Collection but I bet if I just made those, substituting some sultanas and chopped apple, DD1 would be none the wiser (she tasted them at said friend's house and has been insisting we make them ever since - was not happy with the apricot ones I tried on her ...)
