While it's still fresh in our memories, did anyone bake anything wonderful over the Christmas period?

I'm filing away Richard Betinet's Cinnamon buns. They were delicious and looked spectacular and yet, were easy to make.

Recipe on YouTube.

Ooh they are so pretty! I make normal swirly cinnamon buns but those ones look amazing. I made a white chocolate gingerbread yule log this year instead of a Christmas pudding. It was fab! recipe here

Nigella's luxe mac and cheese - we ate the last of the leftovers yesterday! (I froze some)

Her Christmas slaw, brined Turkey, smoked salt chocolate tarte.

I also made a super easy mackerel pate, it is a Nigel Slater recipe with horseradish.

I make the same paye! We love it, so quick and easy.

I made a sausage meat, sage, cranberry and shallot terrine wrapped in steamy bacon. I think it’s Tom Kerridge. It’s insane.

Another big hit was a beetroot, carrot, red onion horseradish slaw made with some crem fraiche. Jamie Oliver.

I never got around to making a Yule log- that’s my fave.

This gravy was so tasty! Had to be vegan on this occasion but I think I'd choose to make this meat or no-meat. So rich and much more reliable than having to hope for good meat juices.

Richard Bertinet has some lovely Christmas recipes. I particularly like his stollen. I did his Christmas baking course a couple of years ago and made some gorgeous treats.
