Any advice on making crab please? Last time I made some (DH's and DC favourite) I poured have the content down the drain as I blanched it first . It was all dislocated once I wanted to put it in the oven. I am okay with making lobster as I grill it directly but can't master anything with pre-cooked crab. My take was to pre boil it, massive failure. Any ideas? And any seasoning ideas would be great. Currently just doing garlic and lemon.
