Because that's what I've got! 
I tried making vegan meringue. Got bored of whisking and gave the mixture to my Mum, with cooking instructions. I said to put small blobs on the baking tray to make little round meringues, for putting with fruit or whatever.
Mum decided to just pour the mixture onto the tray as is.
So I have a solid mass of (very nice)! Meringue now. I thought maybe try for slices mixed with lemon curd and icecream?
Can I make some sort of meringue biscuit?
Any suggestions?
