Creme fraiche instead of double cream for pork dish ok alternative ?

So Im pan frying potk tenderloin in rounds with onion and mushrooms and usually finish off with cream to make a rich creamy sauce. Only got creme fraiche never eaten this before...just wondering if ok?

Yeah it'll be fine imo. It'll have a slightly tangier taste than would have if made with double cream, but from the other ingredients you've mentioned I think the flavours will work well together.
