What do I do?

I don't have a grill but that's another issue... I fancy some sort of casserole thing or baking the chops with an appley type sauce / gravy?

Recommendations please?

Roast them in a tray in the oven with potatoes

I cook pork chops wrapped in foil with apple slices on top - I put herbs in & it's also nice with a little bit of orange juice dribbled over. I do it for about an hour at Gas 5.

Thanks Rusty that's the kind of thing I'm looking for

Any more? does no one else do pork chops in the oven?

The recipe I use is a Jamie Oliver one that uses pears instead of apples. Marinade the pork in a rosemary, garlic and lemon marinade for between 1-6 hrs and then roast with potatoes, parsnips, pears at 220deg for 45-60mins

Serve with bread sauce. It is lovely and really really easy

I do mine similar to Rusty but I add some stuffing to each parcel

I do pork chops in oven and just do apple quarters around them. They go lovely and soft and mushy on inside like apple sauce. I do them wtih jacket sweet potato and gravy. Sprinkle of mustard seeds on pork chops.

Add double cream and dijon mustard....
