I'm pretty good at cooking Chinese food plus the occasional indian dish. Spanish tapas and occasional pasta dish as well.

But I'd like starter/main/dessert ideas as a whole menu. I'm moving into a new home and thought I could use this time to practice my skills!

I did a Persian menu last year. I served small bowls of this noodle soup for starters www.deliciousmagazine.co.uk/recipes/persian-pilgrims-soup/
For mains, this slow roast Persian lamb with pomegranate salad is stunning.
www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/164629/slowroast-persian-lamb-with-pomegranate-salad I serve it with the pistachio couscous from this recipe allrecipes.co.uk/recipe/2982/persian-lamb-couscous.aspx
Followed by rice pudding www.theguardian.com/food/2019/may/20/thomasina-miers-recipe-perisan-rice-pudding-apricot-pistachios

You could also go Greek!

Slices of this spanakopita (easy, I promise!) www.olivemagazine.com/recipes/vegetarian/spanakopita/
These for pudding www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/warm-honey-cup-puddings
