Over-cooked pie

Help!
I've cooked a meat pie for lunch tomorrow - the pastry is pretty much at the peak of 'caramelised' and has tipped into 'burnt' around the edges.
I still need to heat it up for lunch, I was going to put it in the oven - but that's not going to help with the fact it's already over done.
Can I microwave it?
Is that a culinary crime?
I put a lot of time and love into that pie....Sad

Nuke it, will be fine, perhaps it will soften the pastry slightly from the steam but will that be a bad thing?

Foil over it and oven. Should be fine!
