Heating Frozen Pizza in Microwave

All of those from supermarkets do not mention heating / cooking in a microwave. Why not? Anyway I searched eBay and Amazon for a pizza plate for using in a microwave. Most (all?) come from China. These are described as being made from cold-streel or carbon-steel but are suitable for use in a microwave. I always believed that anything metal must NOT be placed in a microwave. And I would opine that carbon-steel could even cause a fire. So I am confused. Do the Chinese know something we don't - that metal is safe in a microwave? Actually if eBay and Amazon sell such items then I guess they must be safe. Right?

Pizza will go soggy if microwaved unless they come with special lined cardboard stuff. Think there are some frozen varieties you can microwave

I can't be fussy - I am shielding and the Co-op wont deliver.

Just because amazon sell it does not mean its safe, please don't ever think that. Amazon sells a whole world of shit that isn't safe, check out some of their 'alternative car seats' Confused
Do not put metal of any form in your microwave.

Why not just use your oven?

It is possible but I would probably just oven it, or microwave a different meal.
