What am I doing wrong that the Camembert that it always comes out smelling on Ammonia.
Bought the President version, left it out of the fridge for an hour, baked in the wood crate thing, didn’t smell of ammonia when I put it in the oven, baked on about 150 for half hour.
I’ve had it at a friends house and I couldn’t smell or taste ammonia at all.
Was really looking forward to a midnight feast, had the baguette in and the caramelised onion chutney ready to serve
