Can I use a silverside joint?? Any tips, IV never done before

I'm no expert, but you don't cook BW long enough to use silverside, it's normally fillet.

No, you need fillet, I really wouldn't attempt it with any other cut.

Noooo. A silverside joint needs a long cooking time. Filet is used for Wellington.

Another vote for fillet, I agree with the others, you can't use anything else.

Ok doaks, I'll just do a normal roast with my joint and buy some fillet.

We had if on Christmas Day, I used fillet. It was absolutely delicious!
