Help
Never thought about this before as I only ever eat them at parties and haven't prepared/cooked them.

So have bought a stack and no instructions....in fridge now and having some NYE drinks tommorow and want to offer them round- am not in UK- do I cook/heat them or serve at room temp?

Planning cream cheese/salmon and other cold toppings...just not sure? Help anyone please !

4/5 mins in oven just before serving. They aren't nice if you serve them straight out of the pack!

And yes, smoked salmon and cream cheese is delicious!

4 minutes, cream cheese straight on, bit of salmon and ready to go.

I always have it ready to go as soon as they come out of the oven!

I do the same about 4 mins in oven and cream cheese straight on

We like them with crème fraîche, smoked salmon and a bit of chives snipped on top. Sometimes with cooked shrimps & avocados, crème fraîche topped with bacon crumbs. Definitely assemble them quickly after warming the blinis in the oven and serve straight away.
