I've got a lovely centre cut piece of beef fillet I'd like to cook nicely for NYE dinner with OH, just looking for a bit of inspiration of something different i could do.
Ideally I'd like to keep it whole, and not marinaded and BBQ'd or Wellington as these would be my go to, and I'd like to try something a bit different. We have a well stocked pantry and like pretty much all cuisines! Any fabulous ideas?
