I'm interested to know what these are like. Does anyone have a good recipe they would like to share?

I’ve lost mine 😫 it was a good one too, I hope someone comes along with one for us.

This is my favourite mug cake, www.sainsburysmagazine.co.uk/recipes/desserts/chocolate-and-peanut-butter-mug-cake but the recipe is for 4 and it’s a big awkward to halve or quarter so we don’t make it all that often.

Blimey Five that Sainsbury’s one is nearly half my daily calorie allowance at 780! & that Tesco one has more calories than a roast dinner 589 calories.

Sorry, I know I’m a calorie bore. 3 stone down & I don’t want it going back on, but I do love cake!
