Recipes for Chicken Satay Skewers?

We love those little chicken satay skewers you can buy in the supermarket, but they are stupidly expensive! Especially when DC can eat all 10 on the way home. I would love to be able to batch cook and freeze some for snacks / packed lunches. Any ideas, please?

You can buy lovely satay sauce. I use blue dragon

This recipe looks good plus gets the kids involved in making them. It uses chicken breasts however, not minced chicken
