Homemade ice cream - Nigella's Forever Summer

Has anyone made any of the ice creams from this book? Which do you recommend? All the ingredients are so expensive I don't want to waste them on any recipes not bothering with!

PS I've made the honey semifreddo - several times - it is fantastic and I always get asked for the recipe

I have made a couple - a red slushy one (can't remember the name), an apple one and the Margarita one. All v nice but the Margarita one is FABULOUS - every time I make it people love it. Quite alcoholic but then I like that!
