Turkey friggin crown.

I'm having a panic. I put the turkey in the oven around 10am. It's a large turkey crown. Says for 10-12 people I've had it in until just before 1pm. It looks well cooked abs literally no juices can out of it. But I'm panicking it's not been cooked long enough.

What does it weigh and what heat is your oven?

I’ve had my crown in for a bit longer as no juices. 30 mins later, loads of juice came out. Now wrapped in foil and towels while I do the veggies. Good luck xxx

It’s no help to you today, but invest in a meat thermometer that you leave in while the meat cooks. Best thing ever.

Agree with TheFoz on getting a meat thermometer. Total game changer!
