Turkey breast cooking time/temp

I've been Googling best recipe and times etc. 20 min a kilo, or 30 or 40? Plus 20 minutes etc etc. 170c, 180c. It weighs over 5kg. Can anyone help. Tia

Do forty mins per kg then increase it over for the last kg, so 3 hours and five mins, for a five kg bird, which was at room temp, and in a preheated oven. Then you should rest it for ninety mins. Keep it in the foil then wrap heavy towels round it.

Gone for 4 hours, 180*c. 40 min per kg. First disaster of the day, once I'd put foil over the crown and tin couldn't get it in oven! Had to cram it in smaller tin! It's in and cooking now.

20 min per pound + 20 min

river cottage method - as hot as the oven goes for the first 20 then turn the oven down to 160 for the rest if the time.
