I don't suppose they're still open?

If so ring them and just say you forgot to ask.

I'd probably warm it through by putting it in the gravy

SquigglePigs · 24/12/2020 17:33

Your suggestion sounds perfect
Key is making sure it doesn't dry out. To be honest microwaving it in gravy would work pretty well too.

You could also boil it still vacuum packed. If you take it out definitely use the juices or gravy to keep it moist.

I'd boil it in the bag. It shouldn't take long to heat through at all.

JamieLeesCurtains · 24/12/2020 17:38

You could create your own sous vide in your bath using a cunning combination of the foaming hot tap and a recording of the hideous Gregg Wallace in the background.

Can your OH gurn with his gob hanging open?

Masterchef perfection.

Those pouches are meant to be heated gently in a saucepan of very hot water.

We had some smoked turkey slices from a local smokehouse earlier that had been vacuum packed, I put it in boiling water for 20 minutes with the lid on. Delicious
