Roast them on an open fire!

I stirfry them with sprouts and pancetta.
Or add some to a homemade butternut squash and sweet potato soup.

I always put them in Christmas nut roast. Nice for boxing day.

I have some pancetta so I may well godown the sprouts route then I can secretly scoff some without anyone noticing
