With apologies for contacting you at such a busy time of year, may I explain why.....
If you have a copy of Entertaining with Cranks, I am hoping you may be able/willing to help me.
Our friend who always made a recipe from that book at Christmas, died on Dec 23rd 2019. I did with great difficulty track down a copy of that recipe but during the first lockdown the battery on my laptop failed, I hadn't backed everything up and I lost a lot of files including that recipe.
I would really appreciate it if anyone would be able to send me a copy of the recipe somehow, either a photocopy, or even a close-up photo with a mobile phone, so long as its legible. The recipe is the celebratory Chestnut and brazil nut roast though I don't remember the exact order of words of the title I'm afraid.
If you are too busy right now I would still appreciate it at any more convenient time.
