Sounds yummy, mosschops. I'm sure it's fine for a toddler.

NannyL · 23/10/2007 18:36

why not?

children over 12 months can eat pretty much anything

RoyKinnear · 23/10/2007 18:37

of course my baby has been devouring pesto by the gallon bsince 8 months
I cannot understand whyever not

FrannyandZooey · 23/10/2007 18:42

why not? Are you worried about the pine nuts? Does he have allergies?

RoyKinnear · 23/10/2007 18:44

whoops! (dim emotion)

inamuckingfuddle · 23/10/2007 18:47

why on earth not? and why blend food for a 2.8 yr old?

dooley1 · 23/10/2007 18:48

my ds has loved pesto since about 8 months too
I'm assuming blended to hide the veggies ina sauce?

Anna8888 · 23/10/2007 18:49

Of course, and it doesn't need to be whizzed.

mosschops30 · 23/10/2007 21:33

why do you have to whizz it

if you offer something else when he doesnt eat something you will end up with a very fussy child

IMO 2 year olds (or even 1 year olds) do not need ANYTHING whizzed full stop.... (well with obviouse exceptions of smoothies etc)

mosschops30 · 24/10/2007 13:11

what a snotty post. I probably wounldnt agree with a lot of your parenting but would try and put it a little better than you have.
