Recipe says at least half plain.

Does that mean 50:50 plain:milk or is it better all plain?

Cooking or eating choc?

Yes but waht does the phrase

"at least half should be plain" actually mean. Or at least what its recommended. Am thinking 150g bournville?

we just used a bar of dark cooking chocolate

ScaryMonsterStories · 22/10/2007 21:43

Have ordered a bar of bog standard bournville, Suzy does mention Bournville on that thread so fingers crossed t will be OK?

It is only the coco solids which is different isn't it? I think there will be enough choc in that recipe
