Can anyone help me find this flavoured oil? Tomato WITH lemon.

Some years ago I was given an olive oil infused with both lemon and tomato. It was absolutely amazing for pepping up all kinds of dishes. Absolutely delicious in lasagne. I didn't think it would be hard to find or I would have noted the details more carefully once it ran out. I have searched and searched to no avail over the years. I can find lemon infused oil, tomato infused oil (and have tried using a bit of each together which just didn't have the same taste) so it occurred to me to consult mumsnet to see if anyone could help. I would be eternally grateful if anyone could help me find it again!

I did check my favourite infused oil company but its not them, sorry! They DO do a sun dried tomato infused balsamic vinegar...? Sounds awful to me but then I hate sun dried tomatoes! . www.thegiftofoil.co.uk

Their lemon infused oil is amazing. So is the mint. Sadly, the mint one I only use occasionally and I had to throw it away almost full as the taste had gone off. Disappointing as whenI did use it, I loved it.

Thanks anyway SpaceOP. I might check out the lemon one anyway. Maybe the only lemon one I tried was just not the right one. It's so strange. I would never have thought 'lemon and tomato oil : yum!' but once I tried it...I said to DH it's like the food version of the one that got away! Overdramatic much?

Could you make your own using lemon infused oil and adding some oil from a jar of sundried tomatoes

That's a good idea YesMeLady, will definitely try that. Maybe it's something to do with the flavours having had time to blend properly which made it better than tomato infused oil and lemon infused oil added separately.
