We have, perhaps rather stupidly, just got a new oven. Two weeks before Christmas. It's got all kinds of fancy functions, the old one was pretty much just on or off
The manual seems to suggest that roast chicken or beef should be done on the 'turbo grill' setting. This sounds all kinds of wrong to me but what do I know, anyone use a turbo grill for such things, anyone know what turbo grill means?! It's a Hotpoint if that helps.
I'm thinking I might just stick it on the closest to 'normal oven' that I can find rather than risk it but am I going to be missing out on some awesome fancy way of cooking Christmas dinner?
