Chicken brick recipes

I've had one for years but never used it....any recipes please MNers? I'm not sure if it's worth the cupboard space but do want to give it a try.

You can make a version of curry paste with yogurt and oil and spices, or a blend. Smear the chicken with that. You pre-soak the brick for a couple of hours so that it is properly moist. Add the chicken once you've prepared it, then put in the oven at 180.
