I'm looking for a supplier in the UK of large, unsliced salami, e.g. Milano, or cured ham, to slice in my fancy meat slicer! I can't find anyone who can deliver a decent big salami at a good price. ( I don't want one of those serrano hams that come with the wooden block.) Anyone got any recommendations?
