I have some puff pastry, and some sausages.! What else do I need to make tasty sausage rolls? I'm going to have a practice run this week to get them right before I make for Christmas buffet.
Shall I add bacon/stuffing/chutney? Anything to jazz them up a bit. They always come out just okay and not very pretty usually.
Also interested in maybe a cheese and onion roll one? And a vegan one. Maybe defrost some veggie sausages to use in place of sausagemeat?
