Instant pot - recipes please?

So I have a shiny new baby one (so no sous vide function) 💃💃💃

Has anyone got any brilliant recipes? My old one died and I used it mostly for curries and soups, and the occasional meat stew.

Thank you for that! I used my old one for mostly veggie food - the booklet that came with the machine has no recipes at all (my old machine did have a small booklet). All the recipe books seem to be for meaty dishes.

I’ve been avoiding using it - but I finally cleaned the pan and am determined to try something this weekend!

join the Facebook group ...they are very organised, lots of files and recipes and user recommended stuff

I shall be using mine to prove dough for a stollen today, and maybe something for tonight, but i have to go rake in the freezer.

Cheesecake is amazing from the IP, but the baby one might be too tiny and require some timing alterations if yhou even have a tin to fit.

Dough, cake??? Oh my god... they aren’t going to get me out of the kitchen for weeks!

Which reminds me I want to get an enamel pudding bowl! I am obsessed with having a go at a steak pudding with suet pastry.

Vegan richa has loads of instant pot vegan curries on her site. I don’t have one but I’ve done many of her others which are fab.
