Where can I buy a delicious side of smoked salmon?

I'm after a lightly smoked, not too salty, juicy side of salmon. Where do you buy yours from? The last one I bought was a good price but over-smoked and fat too salty.

Can't beat Inverawe smokery for fall apart butteriness and subtle smoke. Its my go to for special occasions. Think it's also by royal appointment. However, also enjoy Ardshdalach (stronger smoke taste and maybe a touch oilier).
