Japanese food

Based on a idea from a Christmas thread, I've bought teenage DS a small hamper of Japanese food.

Now I need a recipe book

There are shed loads available so if anyone can recommend one that's got fairly easy recipes in, that would be fab.

I’ve got a Wagamama cookbook which is simple

I was also going to recommend the Wagamama cookbooks. I’ve made lots from them and they’re great.

The other thing you can recommend is Wagamama wok at home which are videos on YouTube/Facebook where they show you how to make some of their dishes. I did a lot of them through lockdown with really great results.

I've got "Japaneasy" by Tim Anderson, & can recommend it.
