festive food for 27th

I'm having family over on 27th. Will be having the full works on Christmas Day so just trying to think of an alternative to roast dinner for the 27th. Ideally something that can be eaten cold or easily reheated as there'll be a few kids there so don't want to be tied down to a specific time. Any ideas?

What about making a big lasagne Christmas eve and reheating with salad and garlic bread. Or cheesy enchilada bake . Something simple along those lines a big pasta bake or something

Pigs in blankets toad in the hole, you can make pigs in blankets and batter in advance then just cook on the day. I add red onion in with the batter mix then just serve with peas and gravy.

It'd be leftover Turkey curry here

Turkey and ham pie using up leftovers?

We will be getting through leftovers.
Cold ham sliced on rarebit toast (sourdough for extra fancyness) with some onion chutney.
Turkey curry, raita, mango chutney, poppadoms and frozen Indian party bits.
Big brunch style : fresh baked pastries and sausage rolls (I already have both in the freezer), smoked salmon and blinis, scrambled eggs, fruit salad, all the leftover cheese, ready made cold meat platter
