Could I please ask you to share your favourite Yule log recipes?
I had a quick look online, they all seem to have fresh whipped cream which would be lush but does that mean you need to eat on the day of making it? I'm guessing as it's a fat free sponge you probably should, maybe that's a Christmas Eve treat then?
