Can anyone recommend a good Mexican cookbook? I like books with good photos and not too much writing other than the recipes - I have The Essential Cuisines of Mexico by Diana Kennedy but never pick it up, it doesn't inspire me. I am a pretty confident cook so I want something with some interesting new ideas. Any inspiration?
