How do you like your beef cooked?

For me, it's always well done. I cannot stand any bit of blood or redness on the meat. Thought it was the most preferred way!! I have now come to realise that a lot of people do like it and I may just be the weird one here 🙈 So if you don't mind me asking....how do you have yours?

DS & I like it rare, DH blue. I'll cook anyone's steak the way they like it (one of the reasons DH said he fell for me was because I asked him how he liked his steak & cooked it that way for him ). I wouldn't comment if someone wanted their's well done. Each to their own.

Blue (super rare) for fillet, other steaks rare, roast beef rare, roast lamb rare, duck breasts medium rare, tuna steaks rare.

Basically everything rare
