I made two puddings today. One was in a saucepan that was slightly too small. I couldn’t put the lid on, so I had it on as much as possible and foil wrapping the top.
This pudding hasn’t coloured nearly as much as my pudding in the larger pan that had the tight fitting lid.
Do I need to re steam this one tomorrow? Will it keep until Christmas?
