Christmas eve meal

What's an easy veggie meal I can make on Christmas Eve to feed 7 people? We'll spend the day prepping for Christmas day so I don't want anything convoluted. Also, going for veggie as there is so much meat for Christmas. Ta x

Butternut squash risotto. Can even do it in the slow cooker.

This spiced veggie shepherds pie is lovely. It’s comforting, not too heavy and a good contrast to the flavours of Christmas Day.

Dhal and rice. Completely different flavours from Christmas food.

Defo cheese fondue.... We had one last night... £6 in M&S for a oven ready pot of pre mixed fondue cheese.... Tiger bread/chips/carrots/broccoli for dipping.... Delicious
