Old Sainsbury's recipe books

Does anyone remember the hard back small books? I remember cooking a savoury cauliflower cheese from there, and I cannot find it anywhere

Does anyone have it?

I remember the books but not that recipe. They were VG. I hope there isn’t a sweet cauliflower cheese recipe.

I Googled "sainsburys cauliflower cheese recipe" & there are a number of different ones. I didn't look at all 98,500 results, but one of them might be from that book.

I have the cake one and I agree it is excellent. I let Dd buy it on a whim when she was a toddler and did that thing where they find something and beg for it for an hour. Made a change from a crappy magazine and me saying no. She was well chuffed at being allowed it and now she’s a teen cooks from it all the time.

Should have bought more of them in hindsight. Didn't get the savoury one, sorry.

Not hardbacks but I remember the small paperback ones, I've still got - and still use - the Southern India, American and Josceline Dimbleby Christmas ones .

I’ve got Josceline D round the world one. And the mince one. Used a lot.

Loved those books, think the pressure cooker one was my favourite 😂 mine are still in a box in the loft since we moved, I'll have to dig them out.

@Georgyporky yes I've done that, but like you say, so many! I need to see the book, I'm sure I've asked on here before and someone had it. Can't remember the name of it

I have 3 little hard back books, i took them over from my dad. They are the best!
