I love these just boiled then roasted in the oven. But I'm sure there must be more interesting things to do with them. (Not interested in stuffing as I'm the only one who likes stuffing)

So bring your soups, nut roasts et al please !

LL - yes, boil them first and prick them before you roast or they will explode!
