Cheese dip/bake help

So I wanted this for Christmas but it's not available Sad
Any way of making something similar at home? Basically I want a strong cheddar/mustard melting thing that I can eat with naice bread

Google fondue recipes. Am sure you can adapt if you dont have a fondue pot.
