can i please have a recipe for chicken dippers/fingers?

ok i want to make chicken dippers for ds's lunch..can i please have a quick recipe?

get a chicken breast or some thigh fillet
cut into strips
dip in beaten egg then into toasted breadcrumbs or matzo meal or crushed cornflakes
shallow fry gently till golden (6ish min) or oven bake 10-15min 180C
