Is there a thread for recipes? Mines just arrived and it's a beast of a machine!

I don’t have any recipes, but have spent a lot of time looking at these today. I can’t decide which model to get. Are you pleased with yours ?

I also got one last week, there's a Facebook group which I've found to have good advice.

I've cooked a gammon joint and a loaf of bread today. Don't think it's going to be good for the waistline!
