Silly question about Knorr Stock Pots...

I find a whole pot in one meal can be a bit too potent Grin, cooking for one - is it safe to use a half and fridge the other half for later? If so, how should I store it and how long will it keep?

Not sure how well the "jelly" would keep so you could make it up with water and just freeze the liquid stock in ice cube trays?

I don't know this product, but I would freeze it.
My freezer has a lot of tiny pots full of various things like lemon grass, pesto, miso etc leftover from meals that only required a small amount of something expensive.

I do this and have never died from it Grin

LaMadrilena · 23/11/2020 19:28

I used to freeze half the little pot.

ExpensivelyDecorated · 23/11/2020 19:28

I put them in the fridge for a few days.

I scoop out half and then keep it in the fridge for about a week, all fine

rosettesforjill · 23/11/2020 19:29

I always freeze half for up to a few weeks and I'm not dead yet!

Thanks, all! I now feel free to stop opening a new pot every time and start using up all the half-full ones I've been squirreling away this week Grin

Same here, use half and leave the other half in it’s pot in the ice tray bit of the freezer.
