Can you re-freeze meat after cooking?

Just that, really.

I have some (raw) beef sausages that are in the freezer. Could I defrost/cook something with them and put some back into the freezer?

Another yes. I had to cook the contents of my freezer when the power went off for three days and everything defrosted, refroze when the power came back. (I had a solid fuel cooker at the time. Grin )
