Christmas pudding - forgot the eggs!

Just about to take my pudding out of the steamer after 5 hours and I've just realised I forgot to add the three eggs the recipe called for. Is it going to be okay?!!

Well, you can get egg free Christmas pudding recipes.
I would guess it depends on the exact recipie you used, but if it has some suet or grated apple or carrot in it, I'm sure it will be ok, if not exactly what you are expecting.

It has got to taste fine with all those lovely ingredients. Don’t worry too much and give it a dose of brandy once it has cooled down to cold. That should make it feel better ha ha. Seriously, forget it and enjoy your Christmas.
