Was hoping to make braised lamb with lentils but can't seem to find a suitable recipe, does anyone have any recipes for a half shoulder of lamb (not boned) please?

I do one with a couple of tins of chopped tomatoes (you need the juice which is why the tins are good, but could do it with fresh too), onions, aubergine, cannelini beans and a big glug of red wine, add a couple of bay leaves or rosemary and salt and pepper and then just stick it in the oven for about 3-4 hours at 150C(depends how big the lamb is of course). I don't see why you shouldn't substitute the lentils for the cannelini beans. It's delish and really easy as you can just forget about it.
