And a rant... why oh why have John West stopped doing their full-size tins of No Drain tuna in olive or sunflower oil?? I do NOT like those silly little fridge pots - and a half size can of tuna feels ridiculous and very unenvironmentally friendly.....
So realised I need to look for something else..... with FLAVOUR, not in spring water... and ideally not a lot of oil.....yup, that waistline!
