I bought a small box of it a while ago thinking it would be healthy to vary our diet then of course completely stumped what to do with it that actually tastes nice!!

If anyone has experience of it so please let me know but I will also try google

These sound quite good actually, I may be ok! It’ll be nice to have a break from my usually boring cooking

That does sound rather good - love to know how they turn out!

Like you, I've been aiming to vary our diet and been thinking amaranth is something I must try....

Thanks and I will hopefully remember to let you know when managed it- I need to buy spring onions first.

Yes I do think good not to eat just a wheat or potato etc heavy diet and have a bit more variety and I’m trying to improve my cooking at the same time as so bored of things I cook!
I have used buckwheat flakes in porridge for a change recently (didn’t love it but was sort of ok) and just finished a big bag of tapioca flour as that did prove really popular - we made Brazilians cheese dough ball things
