Recipe for GBBO hot water crust pie

This is a long shot I know. About four years ago I made a hand raised pie from a recipe on the Great British Bake Off. I don’t remember the name of the baker but it was definitely a woman, and I think a middle aged woman rather than a youngster! The pie had chicken and ( I think) apricot in it with possibly sausage meat as well. It was utterly delicious and I want to make it again but have lost the recipe. Have searched the GBBO archives to no avail. Does anyone have the recipe?
