I have used this recipe to make banana bread muffins, which I love - though i left out the cinnamon and nutmeg, and used normal sugar. The taste and consistency are just right and I want to make a loaf but I’m not sure if it will need tweaking to fit the tin (20cm tin, about 8cm deep).
Will it need to be cooked for longer/different temperature being one big piece?
